was born in 1739/40 to Samuel and Joan (Knight) Apsey

We know she was still living at the time Samuel Apsey wrote his WILL.

There are no death records for Elizabeth in Chardstock, nor a marriage record.  I did find a record of death for Elizabeth Apsey located in London.  The age is the same as our Elizabeth.  They could possibly be one in the same.
