Henry E. Koopman, Jr., aged 82, of Grand Rapids, MI beloved husband and father, passed away Friday, November 23, 2007. Henry was a World War II Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Helen; children, Karol Lee Koopman, Alan MaryAnne Koopman, Valerie Frank Giuliano; step-children, Fred Bloodworth, Tom Bloodworth, Mary Rich Adloff; grandchildren, Kerrie Drew LeBlanc, Shanna Siebert, Jessica Mike Curtis, Elizabeth Koopman, Joseph, Tara and Gina Giuliano, Linda Joseph Castro, Fred Bloodworth, Jr., Josh Bloodworth, Jennifer, Steven and Michael Adloff, and six great-grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Arthur and Marian VanOstenberg. Honoring Henry's request, private family services will be held. In lieu of flowers, those who wish, may make memorial contributions to The Alzheimer's Association of Northwest Michigan.
