Emigration form B relating respectively to a ‘Resolution entered in Vestry Book’ for the parish of Chardstock in the Axminster Poor Law Union, signed by Charles Woodcock Chairman. Signed by Charles Woodcock, Minister; John Deane and Abraham Bentley, Churchwardens and Joel Evans, Overseer and witnessed by Robert Bonfield.

Emigration form C relating to a ‘Certificate of Minister, Churchwardens and Overseers of the Forms of the Act having been complied with’ for the parish of Chardstock in the Axminster Poor Law Union. Signed by Charles Woodcock, Minister; John Deane and Abraham Bentley, Churchwardens and Joel Evans, Overseer witnessed by Robert Bonfield. 29 September 1840.
